About

My name is Eliza and I am a psychology student with a deep passion for supporting individuals who are facing mental health challenges. Having experienced difficulties with mental health myself, I understand what it's like to struggle with things that often feel out of your control and hope that I can help people to better cope with these feelings. As someone who values growth and learning, I aspire to be a mentor who not only shares knowledge but also inspires confidence and resilience in those I work with. Mentorship, to me, is about creating a supportive, safe environment where individuals feel empowered to grow and thrive.
