About

As someone who spent my teen years managing anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and confusing relationship dynamics, I understand how isolating these struggles can feel. Over time, I learned how powerful it is to have guidance, validation, and a nonjudgmental space to talk. I want to be a mentor so I can offer that same support to teens who are figuring out their own paths. My hope is to help them feel seen, capable, and less alone.

I am currently getting masters degree in social work to become a child and adolescent mental health therapist
