Bio:

I’ve always been passionate about mental health and wellness - both for the purpose of my own life and supporting others. In college, I worked as a residential counselor at Stanford, living alongside and caring for high school students during summer programs. I studied Human & Organizational Development at Vanderbilt, worked in consulting for a few years, and am now back in school pursuing a Master’s of Social Work at NYU. I’m also a yoga teacher and am fascinated by the mind, body, spirit connection. In my free time, I love going to concerts, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends/family and puppy, Luna!

What I'm doing currently:

I am in school at NYU studying to be a therapist, I love going to all the new restaurants in my neighborhood here and exploring the city.
