Anjali,

20

Pronouns:

She/Her

Education:

Stanford

Bio:

My 'informal' mentors - older students in my school I met through sports, clubs, and student council - played a huge role in shaping me into who I am today. Without my mentors, things would've looked very different for me. Now that I believe I'm in a place where I could serve as a mentor and model for someone, I'd love to. I can provide support navigating through toxic familial relations, dealing with unsupportive parents, and problems faced coming from FLI backgrounds.

What I'm doing currently:

I just started a new school year at Stanford and am going to try out for the club water polo team here.

Life experiences:

Growing up
Family background
Friendship stress
Academic pressure
